All the games are different and new from the first book. It contains different sections depending on where you need to focus your team building activities. This is ideal as if you are experiencing any problems within the team, you can turn to the section that will help you with that.

Many of the activities include variations on the game, and some come with discussion prompts to help the group leader facilitate interesting and useful discussions at the end of the game.

Overall this is an excellent follow up to Alanna's first book.
